## **Creating and Managing Forms with Gravity Forms on WordPress**

- Log in to your WordPress website.
- Click on the **Forms** tool in the left-hand sidebar to open the Gravity Forms plugin.

- Click on **Use Template** to select a simple contact form template.
- Enter a name for your form and click **Use Template** to open the Form Editor.

- In the Form Editor, locate the **Add Fields** tab on the right-hand side.
- Click and drag the desired field (e.g., Phone Number) into your form.

- Click on any field in your form to open the **Field Settings** option on the right-hand side.

- Click **Save Form** to save your changes.
- Click **Embed** to copy the shortcode for your form.

- Navigate to the page on your website where you want to embed the form.
- Paste the shortcode into a text module or a code module.

- Hover over the contact form and click **Entries** to view submissions.
- If there are entries, you will see customer information such as name and email.

- Use the date range filter to sort through form submissions.

- Click on the **Import/Export** tab.
- Select the form you want to export from (e.g., Contact Form).
- Choose the fields to export and set a date range if needed.
- Click **Download Export File** to create a CSV file.

- Go back to the **Forms** section and click into **Settings**.
- Edit user notifications to customize what the end user sees after form submission.

- Click **Edit** under admin notifications to add additional emails or change email configurations.
- Update the subject line and content of the notification email.

- After making changes, click **Update Notification** to save your work.
